• Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service;
• Engaging in any form of automated data collection, including but not limited to scraping, crawling, or data mining;
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, worms, or any other malicious code;
• Using the Service for any unauthorized commercial purpose;
• Violating any intellectual property rights of Buy4Chefs or any third party.

2.1 Product Listings: Buy4Chefs may display products for sale on the Service. We make every effort to display accurate and complete information about our products, including pricing and availability. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of such information.

2.2 Ordering and Payment: By placing an order through the Service, you agree to pay the specified price for the product(s) you have ordered, as well as any applicable taxes and shipping fees. Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept various forms of payment, as indicated on the Service.

2.3 Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products from Buy4Chefs. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason at any time. If we reject your order, we will notify you and refund any payment you have made.

3.1 Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Buy4Chefs. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product(s) in accordance with our return policy, which is available on the Service.

3.2 Refunds: If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the purchase price to the original form of payment. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be processed.

4.1 Ownership: All content included on the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, data, software, and other material (collectively, "Content"), is owned or licensed by Buy4Chefs and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property laws.

4.2 License: Subject to these Terms, Buy4Chefs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service and Content for your personal, non-commercial use.

If an item is not working on delivery or within 14 days from point of purchase from the invoice date, it is the customer's responsibility to report such failure in writing with supporting evidence such as initial installation report of a qualified engineer, and photos and a video within this timescale. Warranty will be rejected for commercial products not installed by a qualified engineer. After 14 days from point of purchase, normal terms of warranty will apply.

Warranty stated is a 12-month parts only warranty and no labour or engineer costs are covered.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BUY4CHEFS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE OR CONTENT.

Buy4Chefs reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
