The product is returned within 28 days from the delivery date.

The product is not a final sale or non-returnable item, as indicated at the time of purchase.

The product is accompanied by a proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

1.2 Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@buy4chefs.co.uk. You will be provided with instructions on how to return the product. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

1.3 Refund: Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility, we will process a full/partial refund to the original form of payment. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be processed.

2. Refunds

2.1 Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 28 days of receiving the product. You may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the issue to facilitate the refund process.

2.2 Resolution: Once we review your refund request and verify the eligibility, we will process a refund to the original form of payment. If the refund is due to quality issue/our error, we will provide a full refund. Otherwise, a 25% re-stocking fee will be applied. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be processed.

3. Exclusions

Our refund policy does not cover the following scenarios:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse.
  • Products that have been used, opened, or altered in any way.
  • Products that are marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Products that were damaged due to improper handling or misuse.
